The Ciauriabottling is 100% Nerello Mascalese from 70-110 year old vines (pre-phyoxera) in the most prestigious area of the Etna DOC at altitudes of approximately 2000m above sea level

The wine is pressed into large vats and fermented with natural yeast

Carefully selected fruit is harvested by a combination of manual and machine methods
