this single malt is a deep amber colour with a cherry wood sheen

with a sour cherry grip and subtle cherry pip oak influence

The fruit was grown from a neighbouring vineyard which was first planted in 1982. The 2020 vintage provided good growing conditions. Their idea for this wine was to focus on the delicacy of the fruit and the aromatics. It is a breeze to drink but is still age worthy and complex. A translucent ruby violet in colour.
