This beauty was distilled on 26 August 2010 and bottled on 11 May 2015, yielding 258 bottles. Matured exclusively in ex bourbon American oak barrels for almost 5 years. Nonchillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 60%. Nose: Plenty of peat smoke and white pepper with an underlying sweetness reminiscent of lemonade. Palate: Very spicy with the bourbon
