Blue Velvet Tilt Hat auction These would have been moreVintage 1940s blue velvet tilt hat with maroon netting. The netting has some large tears in it. This small hat is meant to be worn at an angle; it does not just sit on top of your head. Slight wear and very minor discoloration on the velvet.
