Very fresh and crisp on the nose, with white flowers, pink sea salt, and fresh citrus on the nose. The palate is juicy, rife with sea salt minerality, grapefruit and pink floral flavors awash in vibrant acids. This finishes long with more citrus and peach pit tones. A wonderful pairing with shellfish, seafood, salads, but just drink it on its own as well!
