It had been a beautiful spring morning at Wildflower Lake with cool crisp air and excellent lighting to photograph the lake and some of the wildlife
I decide to photograph silhouettes of trees along with the landscape in black and white which adds a little more mystery and mood to the images
THE SILHOUETTE FROM THE TEASEL WEED PLANT SUNBURST An Eastern Bluebird stops forI had been photographing the wildflowers and sunrise for about a half hour now when this scene unfolded. With the sun breaking the horizon just above the box elder trees that line the banks of Eakin Creek West, the sunlight illuminates the misty prairie landscape and colors the low lying mist with an orange tone. The silhouette of a teasel weed plant is being backlit by the soft filtered summer sunlight at Wildflower Park. (510 40)
